The Citizens Connect iPhone app is part of Mayor Menino’s and the City of Boston’s strategy for Citizen-to-City transactions called Citizens Connect.
The iPhone App provides a lightweight interface into the City of Boston’s Constituent Relationship Management System (CRM). The intention is to help constituents easily report a variety of different service requests including:
Graffiti Removal
Filling Potholes
Fixing Traffic Lights
Once you submit a request, you can track it with a tracking number to make sure it’s being processed.
