The Greenway Conservancy has released working drafts of protocols and procedures for community review of future improvements within the parklands and along the Corridor. An introduction to the drafts is included in each of the protocols.
You can find the draft protocols at http://www.rosekennedygreenway.org/docs. They are titled Capital Improvement Protocol and Adjacent Development Review.
Comments can be sent to comments@rosekennedygreenway.org.
The next public hearing on the Greenway will be at their Annual Meeting on September 1st. The location is 101 Federal Street on the 4th Floor in the Metro Meeting Center. The event starts at 5:30 with the Board of Directors meeting starting at 6:00 and the public hearing starting at 7:00 pm. See the Calendar for more details.
P.S. – These new draft documents are not related to the Greenway Park Use and Event Guidelines. There was a private conference call when those Guidelines were supposedly approved (without revision or comment?). Another review period is expected in the next few months.
P.P.S. – The Event Fee schedule is still not posted on the Conservancy’s website, so I’ll provide it here again as handed out at a June Greenway Leadership Council Meeting. This is the document that creates the “Rent-A-Park” reality. Click here to read the 2 page event fee draft schedule.
