    THE CITY DUMP. THERE ARE LIQUOR BOTTLES & BEER CANS ALL OVER THE NO. END. THIS WILL CONTINUE
    TO LOOK LIKE THIS UNTIL THE CITY DECIDES TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. IF THERE IS A CONSTANT
    PROBLEM ON CERTAIN STREETS THEY SHOULD SET UP CAMERAS TO DETERMINE WHO IS TRASHING THE
    NEIGHBORHOOD & HIT THEM WITH A HEFTY FINE. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FAR TOO LONG & PEOPLE ONLY
