50 Snowhill Street, David Thyresson has filed an appeal for zoning relief to expand the existing head house on the roof of the single-family building.
7:15 PM – 7:30 PM
253 Hanover Street (“Marco’s”), Massimo Tiberi plans to purchase the restaurant and has applied to the Licensing Board for transfer of the existing Malt and Wine with Cordials license, with no change to hours of operation, capacity or seating.
Downtown Waterfront and Greenway District Zoning
7:30 PM – 7:45 PM
Update on BRA’s new planning effort to revise the Downtown Waterfront Watersheet Plan (water-based uses) and Municipal Harbor Plan (waterfront zoning) and to incorporate the Greenway District Planning Study recommendations into the City’s Zoning Code.
