HazMat Truck Poster and Information Flyer for Upcoming Hearings and Public Comments

Your neighbors on the North End / Waterfront Task Force are asking for your help as we gear up for the final leg of the campaign to ban pass-through hazmat trucks from our neighborhood streets. With the City’s public safety study strongly recommending a ban of these hazmat trucks, the routing decision now resides with the State’s transporation agency, MassDOT. A public hearing is scheduled on August 23 and a comment period is now running through mid-September. The task force is posting the following notices and information throughout the North End / Waterfront area.

    Thanks, Matt, I just voted to ban them. However 36 percent are voting not to. Can't imagine what they are thinking.
