The six-story building on the corner of Hanover and Parmenter Street was sold for $4.5 million, according to JJManning. The six-story building includes over 10,000 square feet with the first floor currently leased to Il Panino Express. The other floors are residential apartments, including a duplex penthouse unit.
People at the auction report that Barbara Anguilo is the buyer. The seller is Robert Triulzi.
