Downtown Waterfront Guidelines Propose Tower Heights for Harbor Garage & Hook Lobster

As reported earlier in the month, the Boston Redevelopment Authority released its recommended guidelines for three key Downtown Waterfront sites including the Harbor Garage, Hook Lobster and Long Wharf.
