State Enforces Public Harborwalk at Intercontinental Hotel After Complaints

Mass. Dept. of Environmental Protection (DEP) sent an enforcement notice to the Intercontinental Hotel at 500 Atlantic Avenue to keep its Harborwalk and lawn areas open to the public.
