Child Pornography Charges Result in Arrest of Boston Transportation Department Community Affairs Director

A Boston Transportation Department community affairs liasion, James Mansfield, was arrested Friday on child pornography charges, according to Boston Police. An internet investigation showed the 47-year-old man was participating in sexual chat and exchanging child porn photos of undressed boys.
