The Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW), North End Post 144, presented this year’s charitable endowments at the January 14th meeting of the North End/Waterfront Residents’ Association (NEWRA). Christmas Tree Disposal Reminder
Reminder! This is the last week for Christmas tree pickup. The Department of Public Works will collect trees on recycling day, which for most in the North End area, is Friday January 15th. You may have noticed the spread of the H1N1 flu decreasing lately in Boston and elsewhere.
