Evening Stroll with the Elephants


Tuesday, October 13th, around 7:00 pm
See the Pachyderm Pilgrimage and Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus Performers – AT NIGHT –as they Cross from Cambridge to the TD Garden

6 elephants on foot, 10 horses, and 2 ponies join Ringling Bros.
and Barnum & Bailey trainers and handlers as they walk through the
streets of Cambridge and Boston to the TD Garden.

Closest location to the North End/Waterfront:
The elephants will go down Martha Road and take a left on Nashua Street to the Garden ramp.

The Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus is at the TD Garden October 14-18.

There has been a "feeding day with the elephants" on Hanover Street in the past. Anyone know if that is happening again this year? Email info@northendwaterfront.com.

Volleyball for Adults – Soccer for Children


Here are two recurring sports activities starting up:

Tuesday Night Volleyball (North End/Waterfront)
Coed open play from 7-9:00 PM.
One court. C- players and up, No beginners.
Nazzaro Community Center, Polcari Playground

children's soccer development program in New York, and has expanded to
Boston to offer classes in Brookline, Back Bay, Natick and Arlington.
Now, a North End / Waterfront neighborhood group is being organized.
