The City of Boston has announced the annual Fall Pumpkin Float will take place on Friday, October 18 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Boston Common Frog Pond.
Bring an 8-inch or smaller carved pumpkin to be lit and floated on the pond for a spooky display! This free, family friendly event will also feature a haunted zombie maze, Spooky Mansion Slide, the Jumpin’ Pumpkin, bean bag toss and the “Bubble Guy”.
There will be giveaways, snacks and refreshments, and a “monster mash” of science activities.
The Fall Pumpkin Float is presented by the Boston Parks and Recreation Department in partnership with the Skating Club of Boston. The title sponsor is Capital One, key sponsors are HP Hood LLC, Polar Beverages, and L.L. Bean, and the media sponsor is Magic 106.7. Additional support is provided by Perfect Parties.
