Neighborhood Council Unanimously Supports 1:00 am Closing Hour Extension for “Vinoteca di Monica”
In a unanimous vote of 9-0, the North End / Waterfront Neighborhood Council supported Jorge Mendoza’s application to extend the closing hours for Vinoteca di Monica to 1:00 a.m., 7 days per week.
