The City initiative “Boston Blooms with Daffodils” returns this October when 20,000 daffodil bulbs will be distributed citywide for volunteers to plant over the weekends of October 25 and November 1. Early last week, Governor Baker issued an emergency order requiring all non-essential businesses to close and for residents to remain at home in attempts to slow the spread of the coronavirus.
