It was a perfect night on Friday, for shopping local in the North End! Now in its 11th year, the annual holiday stroll brought crowds of people pouring into the small businesses located in the neighborhood. Many stores offered special promotions while serving light holiday refreshments and small bites. The festivities kicked off with the North End Beautification Committeelighting the Christmas tree at the corner of Cross and Hanover Streets. There was also a group entertaining on the Prado with singing and dancing.
