NEMPAC’s 3rd Annual Halloween Pizza Party on the Prado was a huge hit this Halloween. More than 300 friends and neighbors joined on the Prado to enjoy each other’s company along with pizza, live music by NEMPAC’s very own Kids and Adult Rock Bands, games, and loads of neighborly fun! This year’s event was generously sponsored by Councillor Sal LaMattina, State Representative Aaron Michlewitz, State Senator Anthony Petrucelli, Mayor Menino, and Pizzeria Regina.
Lots of folks helped out to make the evening a smashing success. Thanks to Melanie Crocini, Matt Black, Jeremy Sarzana, Carrie Huisingh, Brian Johnson, Prince Postale, Margaret Ris, Alba Produce, Brian Bernhard, Olivia Sherry, Jen Bowen Flynn, Joy McDonald, Juliana Bustamente, Lisa LeBlanc, Laura Boucher, Jennifer McGivern, Jane Connolly, Dana Carey, Claire Abely, Cheryl Sullivan, Becca Griffin, Dave Crocini, Helene Crocini, Gabrielle Kozura, Hannah Lilly, Taylor Crouch, Caleb Hudak, and Kelly Hudak.
Thank you also to all of the many participating homes and businesses who opened their doors for Trick-or-Treaters.
“Every Halloween gets better and better in the North End” says NEMPAC Executive Director Rebecca Griffin. “Just a few years ago, NEMPAC hosted its first Pizza Party on the Prado for the Trick-or-Treaters and their families. Now, everyone looks forward to this annual event – kids, adults, and even the neighborhood dogs show up in costume! It is a wonderful community event.”
