Government Center Garage to give way to two glass skyscrapers
Work on the two skyscrapers, one residential and one for office space, is expected to start as soon as this spring. The construction will be in phases over the next five years and will account for six buildings and 2.3 million square feet when the project is completed. Son of reputed mobster pleads guilty in marijuana case
This past week the government filed its sentencing request in Boston’s US District Court for Louis J. DiNunzio, of Medford, who pleaded guilty to a marijuana distribution conspiracy charge. Prior, DiNunzio worked at his uncle’s cheese shop on Fleet Street in the North End, which the FBI had bugged during its investigation of his uncle Carmen “The Cheese Man” DiNunzio. Booting Up: Monorail would be good idea for quickly expanding Boston
With the Boston skyline expanding rapidly and bringing more visitors, less parking and additional commuter congestion, many are hoping for a new transportation line that would solve the problem of disconnection between North Station and South Station. Nazzaro Can Do
Over 100 Nazzaro Center members and families contributed 168 canned goods and other foodstuffs for the city’s annual can drive.
