NEWNC Agenda for Tuesday October 12, 2010
Nazzaro Center 7:00 p.m.

Matthew Sepe, 19 Cooper St. – Seeking to change occupancy from three (3) residential units and one (1) commercial unit to four (4) residential units.

Paul Barker, 65 Salem Street (former location of Go Banana’s) – Seeking to change of occupancy from retail and 4 residential units to small take out restaurant with 18 seats and 4 residential units.

Donato Frattaroli, 417 Hanover St. (Lucia Ristorante) – Seeking an entertainment license to include live entertainment in the form of musical instruments (up to 2) with or without a vocalist (1). The live entertainment is restricted to the basement level which has a capacity of 52 persons and does not have windows. Entertainment will not be piped into the upper two floors. There will be no amplification of the musical instruments. Live entertainment will cease at 11:00 p.m. (Note: In November of 2009, Lucia’s sought and obtained a zoning change that allows live entertainment in the basement level of the restaurant. NEWNC supported the application 5-2)

(Note: In observance of Columbus Day, this meeting is being held on Tuesday October 12th not the typically scheduled 2nd Monday of the month.)
