The North Street Marie Salvati Tot Lot next to the Callahan Tunnel Vent Building is now open. Closed for over 3 years due to concerns of falling materials from the facade of the building, the Tot Lot is completely done over. There is new playground equipment and a new bench. The work was done as part of the MassDOT project to redo the facade of the Vent Building. There is still a little more work to be done, like planting the grass but the playground is open and ready to be used.
