After the North End Athletic Association Baseball Opening Day was rained out twice, the annual barbeque was held as a Family Day with lots of little league baseball on a sunny Saturday at Langone Park. The late Ralph “Arzie Bo” DeMarco was honored for his lifetime of contributions to the NEAA kids. Many of DeMarco’s family and friends attended the event. Major sponsors included Metro Bay Realty, Boston Police Athletic League and Crocini Consultants. NEAA’s John Romano and Ralph Martignetti coordinated the Family Day with the help of many volunteers.
