A North Ender tells us that he had an unusually difficult time finding a resident parking spot today around lunchtime after circling for 45 minutes. Along the way, he came across a car on North Street in a resident spot with New Hampshire plates surrounded by orange cones (and obviously, no resident sticker). After contacting City Hall and reporting it, Boston Transportation Department said they would send out someone to ticket and tow.
