A large group of North Enders came out on Saturday morning for the annual Boston Shines community cleanup. Neighbors met on the Prado and enjoyed coffee provided by the Lions Club before heading out with brooms and shovels to different streets and parks around the North End / Waterfront. The City’s Public Works Department provided the brooms, shovels, trash bags and a large pile of mulch was also distributed to area planting beds.
