For the 18th year, Summer in the City kicks off this week at the Boston Harbor Hotel located at Rowes Wharf. On Tuesdays, pop and soul music will be featured followed by “Rat Pack” bands on Wednesdays. Blues Barge Thursdays and Classic Movie Fridays round out the weekly entertainment.
