The Boston Harbor Association and Friends held its 19th Annual Boston Harbor Celebration & Auction to benefit TBHA’s Harbor Advocacy efforts and Harbor Education programs for Boston-area youths. The banner event was held on Monday, April 23, 2012 at the Boston Harbor Hotel.
Generous contributions and auction donations will supportTBHA’s free programs for urban youth and the general public, increased public amenities along Boston’s HarborWalk as well as efforts to revitalize and celebrate Boston’s waterfront while increasing its resilience to coastal flooding. A silent auction was complemented this year by online participation with the traditional live auction held at the conclusion of the event.
TBHA would like to add special thanks to Rowes Wharf Associates, Boston Harbor Hotel, and Legal Sea Foods, major sponsors of the event, and to Paul Saperstein, volunteer auctioneer. If you missed it, you can still contribute at TBHA.org.
