The Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) will be conducting milling and paving at various intersections along Atlantic Avenue from High Street to Mercantile Street and on Surface Road from Clinton Street to Oliver Street in Boston.
The work is scheduled to take place this week in overnight hours only through August 28, excluding Saturdays, between the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. The work will require temporary lane closures with some temporary pedestrian detours of adjoining side streets.
Drivers who are traveling through the area should reduce speed, and use caution.
