The annual feast honoring Maria SS Della Cava, Principal Patron of Pietraperzia, Sicily took place August 9 – 11 in Boston’s North End.

The three day celebration culminated in a grand procession in which the Image of the Madonna was carried through the streets accompanied by society members and two marching bands. See photos from the Sunday procession, courtesy of photographer Gerri Palladino, in the gallery below. Click to enlarge.
