Weekend Brief: Signs of Spring & Easter, Top 5 Rooftops, Mix it Up with Ruff Ruffman

10:00AM Ruff Ruffman: Mix It Up. Stop by the North End Library at 25 Parmenter Street where children ages 5-8 will learn all about mixtures — both those that can be unmixed and those that can’t. Kids will observe a variety of materials, then experiment and play with different combinations of materials.

7:00PM Passover Begins at Sundown. Passover 2019 begins at sundown on Friday, April 19. Some Jews, particularly Conservative and Orthodox Jews, hold seders on the 19th and 20th, and conclude Passover after eight days, at sundown on April 27. Others, particularly Israeli and Reform Jews, hold one seder on the first night of the holiday and conclude Passover after seven days, at sundown on the 26th, see additional details here.

10:00AM North End Against Drugs Easter Party. NEAD will host their annual Easter party at the Nazzaro Center where there will be egg coloring, face painting, balloon artist and photos with the Easter Bunny! This will be followed by a puppet show by Caravan Puppets.
