Cambridge Coffee Shop Will Expand to Boston’s West End
Bourbon Coffee will open its second shop, taking over the Boston Common Coffee Co. on Canal Street near North Station. The Cambridge cafe sources direct trade coffee beans from Rwanada and also has location in Washington, DC. Read more on Eater Boston.

10:30AM Seniors Connect: “Mid-August Lunch” Film Screening. Stop by the North End Library and enjoy a screening of Gianni Di Gregorio’s 2008 film Mid-August Lunch (Pranzo di ferragosto). This program is in partnership with Boston’s Jewish cultural center, the Vilna Shul. Free, light refreshments will be served, see additional details here.
1:00PM Exploring Home at the Paul Revere House.
What makes a house a home? Come explore some materials, techniques, and designs used in three centuries of construction in Boston. Facilitated by a staff member, families will have a chance to see some historic building materials up close and learn about the architecture found in and around the Paul Revere House.

11:00AM Kid’s Guide to Paul Revere Visit at the North End Library.The Paul Revere House is redesigning its Kids Guide to the Paul Revere House, and we want your help! Please join them for a free visit to the museum for the whole family and travel through time with the help of Copper the cat.
