Earlier this week, the Faneuil Hall Christmas tree was taken down, marking the end to another holiday season.
If you’re packing away your lights and ornaments this weekend, remember the City of Boston is picking up Christmas trees for one more week on your first recycling day. For the North End, that’s Monday morning! Give your tree a second life by having the City turn it into compost to be used at Boston parks.
