Eliot School Kindergarten Class Visits Bova’s Bakery

The Eliot School Kindergarten class recently took a field trip to Bova’s Bakery on the corner of Prince and Salem Streets.

The students were given a tour of the bakery, got to play with bread dough and each went home with a goodie bag. They had a great time and even made a Thank You poster for Bova’s!

  1. As a first grader in a small town, I remember my class visiting our local bakery. We learned how jelly was put into the jelly doughnuts. That was 70 years ago, and I have fond memories of that day. The Bovas have created a great memory!
