Zoning, Licensing & Construction Committee June 26 Agenda: Cross Street Development – Citizens Bank and Starbucks

The June Zoning, Licensing and Construction (ZLC) Committee meeting will be held Tuesday, June 26 at 7 p.m. at the Mariners House.

This month’s agenda features the Cross Street development. Charter Cross Street LLC plans to demolish and reconstruct the building at 60 Cross Street. Citizens Bank would move into the center of three bays in the new building. Starbucks would move into the corner bay at Cross & Hanover Streets. See the full agenda below.
