On February 13, the West End Civic Association (WECA) presented a $250 check to the ABCD North End/West End Neighborhood Service Center to contribute to stocking the ABCD food pantry at the West End Library.
This contribution will be used to buy much-needed staples, such as pasta, tuna and rice. The ABCD food pantry at the West End Library is open Monday and Wednesday from 11:30am – 1:30pm and Tuesdays from 4pm – 4:45pm. West End neighbors in need can receive one bag of groceries each month. Friends and neighbors are encouraged to contribute non-perishable items during those hours.
