Representative Aaron Michlewitz is making a point to have funding from the billion-dollar Winthrop Square skyscraper project go towards maintaining the Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy Greenway. Michlewitz is part of the Democratic leadership that would need to approve a change to the state’s law on shadows on the Boston Common for project to move forward.
