PRESENTATION and DISCUSSION. Beacon Hill Village presents “End of Life Choices,” led by Joyce Gallagher, Director of Nurses at Good Shepherd Community Care. Joyce will provide an overview of the choices arising from serious illness – palliative care, hospice, DNR, MOLST, organ donation – and the overriding importance of advance directives expressing your wishes for quality of life and death. You may want to bring a person you might ask to carry out your wishes if you are too sick to do so yourself. Meet at King’s Chapel Parish House, 64 Beacon Street. Presentation from 2:00-4:00pm.
