Parking lot valet at Stillman Street and Cross Street was cited by B.T.D. for an Open Air parking violation. Parking lot owner notified by B.P.D. because of ongoing parking issues.
Auto Theft

Police Officer’s responded to a Commercial Street parking lot for a report of a auto theft. On arrival, officer’s met with the female victim who stated she is a monthly parking customer and came to pick up her 2015 Mercedes Benz C –class and it was not at the parking lot. The motor vehicle was taken by a parking attendant without permission, who stated it had been moved to another parking facility because of overcrowding. Management contacted and stated that is never the case. Management on scene at this time. The suspect after a lengthy period of time finally returned with motor vehicle, which had no damage and no property removed; the suspect is to be summonsed to court for Using Without Authority.
