The North End / Waterfront Neighborhood Council (NEWNC) voted unanimously to support two separate petitions for building alterations in the neighborhood. The first petition is at 8 Cooper Street, where the petitioner is seeking to erect a one story addition to their existing single family residence and construct a private roof deck.

The second proposal was at 112-118 Fulton Street (6:03 in video), where petitioner Andy McDonald is seeking to enclose an existing balcony, Attorney Daniel Toscano represented both petitioners and walked through each proposal in the below video, where you can watch the complete presentation from the November 2016 NEWNC meeting.
