Longtime resident and community leader, Joanne Hayes-Rines, is featured in the cover article of the Inventors Digest November 2016 issue.
You probably know Joanne for her volunteer work as President of the Friends of Christopher Columbus Park, but you may be surprised to hear of her contributions to the inventing profession as editor and owner of the magazine.
The article describes Joanne as a fighter for the small inventor, especially in the early 1990’s when the patent industry was at a crossroads.
With its editor leading the charge, Inventors’ Digest became a champion for protecting the rights of the independent inventor.
Congratulations to Joanne.
Three cheers for a brilliant, dedicated woman!
Congratulations Joanne! An honor to have been recognized and on the cover! Dianne Royle
Thanks to Matt for his photographic talents! He was the genius behind the camera. I’m so very appreciative of his work and it was heart warming to be recognized by Inventors Digest 10 years after I sold the magazine. And I’m so glad they’re continuing the hard work of encouraging and supporting independent inventors.
HI Joanne – Been a long time. This is Martin Keller, one of your earlier day guest authors. Nice to see you being honored on the cover of what you started. Hope all is well with you.
Best regards, Martin
