2. Throwback Thursday and Neighborhood Complaint!

Tree Vandal
After several incidents of tree vandalism over the past couple of weeks, a concerned North Ender is wondering if the city can put some sort of protection around them. The most recent incident took place on Fulton Street and it looks like the bark has been peeled off. View the 311 complaint.
3. Shouldn’t this rain be snow at this point in the year?

That tree has been dead for a couple years. The bark has been slowly falling off naturally.
I called(311) City Hall in October and was told it could take a year before they could get to it as it was not a danger. Maybe if more people cal they will remove it and replace it.l
