It was a Dance Party in Christopher Columbus Park!

As the sun was setting on a beautiful August night in Christopher Columbus Park, dozens of folks came for a dance party to celebrate the 15th Anniversary of Friends of Christopher Columbus Park (FOCCP). With music from “Past and Present,” featuring DJs Bob Remick & Gary Wilson, some came and danced while others relaxed and listened to the music.

Ages on the dance floor ranged from toddlers to seniors, with everything in between! The hip-hop music kept the crowd moving as the summer evening cooled off with a light breeze coming off of the harbor.

  1. What a great job organizing this event~~~everything was done with CLASS !!!! Every one that attended (Young and not so young) looked like they really had a great time !! Thank You to FOCCP and the terrific DJ’s that kept all present very up-beat and dancing !!
