NEAD Scholarship Recipients 2016
2016 NEAD Scholarship Recipients with NEAD Board Member, Olivia Costa Scimeca, daughter of Raymond and Michelina Costa after which the scholarships are named.

North End Against Drugs held its Annual Raymond and Michelina Costa Scholarship Program on Monday night. In partnership with the Nazzaro Center and several generous donors, NEAD gave out over $6,000 to North End students who applied. Monetary awards are given to students who attend tuition based schools and gift cards for school supplies are given out to students who attend public schools.

  2. The Friends of the North End are pleased to be annual contributors to such a worthy organization as NEAD. Kudos to John Romano and his staff for not only offering scholarships but for keeping the youngsters in the North End safe and aware of the dangers that illegal drugs pose to them.
