Mirabella Pool Opens June 18th; Registration Available

News about the 2016 Mirabella Pool season from Director Carl Ameno at the Nazzaro Center:

The Mirabella Pool opens for the season on Saturday, June 18, 2016.

As in past years, there is an “early bird” pre-registration period before the pool opens at the Nazzaro Center, 30 N. Bennet St., North End, Boston. This early bird registration runs through Friday June 17 (until 5:00 pm) and throughout this period, the normal adult fee of $15 is reduced to just $10.

That’s right, for a mere $10, a registration gets you access to one of the prettiest, cleanest and picturesque pools in the whole state, for 80 days, 7 days a week, 13 hours a day. Other rates are: children 6-19 and seniors 62 and up $5, under 6 years old and active military members (with ID) free and daily guest passes $3.

The pool will be open from June 18 until September 5. Hours of operation (General Swim Hours) are Monday-Friday, 11am to 8pm and Saturday and Sunday 10:30am to 8pm. Note: Starting Sunday, August 7 pool closing time will be 7:30pm.

Lap swimming is offered Monday-Friday from 7-9am and Saturday and Sunday from 7-10am. In addition, youth swimming lessons will be held twice a week Monday and Wednesday from 9-11am $5 a visit. There is also a great concession stand serving pizza, hot dogs and much more.
