88 N. Washington Street Hotel Proposal Discussed at Residents Association

The North End / Waterfront Residents’ Association (NEWRA) hosted a discussion regarding the proposed hotel project at 88 North Washington Street in the Bulfinch Triangle / North Station area. David Kubiak presented potential impacts on the North End and West End neighborhoods, highlighted the narrowing of the N. Washington Street corridor, lack of parking and zoning violations including the 144 foot building height along with a loss of sidewalk space. The NEWRA update comes after a recent community meeting with a presentation by the designated developers.
