Patrons at Lucca’s North End and Lucca’s Back Bay can donate 10% of their tab to one of three North End charities for the months of April and May 2016. Diners can request that 10% of their bill be donated to the Eliot School, St. John’s Elementary School or the Old North Foundation.

Lucca Owner Sean Williams said, “I want be creative in giving back to the neighborhood and do more than give out gift certificates. I chose three significant institutions in the North End that make living and dining in the neighborhood such a joy.”

Traci Griffith, principal of the Eliot School said, “I am so grateful for generous restaurateurs like Sean who help the Eliot offer special programs for our students.” Karen McLaughlin, principal of St. John,s Elementary School echoed Traci, saying, “We will be glad to encourage our families to patronize this excellent restaurant.” The Rev. Steve Ayres was so excited, he booked dinner at Lucca’s for the following night, stating “Lucca’s has been one of our favorite restaurants in the North End for a long time. It will be easy to recommend it to our visitors.”
