5:30pm North 2 South All Star Baseball Game at Langone Park [Commercial Street, Boston]
The Sixth Annual ‘North 2 South Baseball Classic’. Sponsored by State Representative Aaron Michlewitz, the classic will be played by the Little League All-Star teams from the North End Athletic Association and South End Baseball.
6:30pm Old North Speaker Series: Dina Vargo – “Wild Women of Boston” [Old North Church, Boston]
The Sons of Liberty are celebrated in the rebellious history of Boston but what of their sisters? An audacious and determined procession of reformers, socialites, criminals and madams made the city what it is today. One hundred years before Rosa Parks, African American abolitionist Sarah Parker Remond refused to give up her seat while attending a play in Boston.

Boston Harborfest [Running July 1st through July 5th]
Boston Harborfest is a Fourth of July Festival that showcases the colonial and maritime heritage of the cradle of the American Revolution: The Historic City of Boston. The award-winning festival strives to honor and remember the past, celebrate the present, and educate the future with reenactments, concerts, historical tours and much, much more. 11:00am Greenway Farmers Market at North End Parks, 136 Blackstone Street
The Boston Public Market’s Greenway Farmers Market offers fresh local food on the plaza at 136 Blackstone Street, opposite the Rose Kennedy Greenway’s North End Parks. This season, the Boston Public Market Greenway Farmers Market runs on Wednesdays from 11:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Also on Sundays from 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
12:30pm Labyrinth Walk at Armenian Heritage Park [Intersection of Atlantic Avenue and Cross Street]
Public program of the Labyrinth Guild of New England and Rose Kennedy Greenway Conservancy in collaboration with the Friends of Armenian Heritage Park. The Labyrinth, a circular winding path paved in grass and inlaid stone, celebrates life’s journey. A single jet of water and the symbol of eternity mark its center. Labyrinth Walks are held on the first Wednesday of the month through October. More information.

This event is open to the public and attended by Boston Police Area A-1.
Friday, July 3
6:00pm “Rocky” Movie at BHH – Rowes Wharf
Rocky Balboa, a small-time boxer gets a supremely rare chance to fight the heavy-weight champion, Apollo Creed, in a bout in which he strives to go the distance for his self-respect. More information on the movie.
Saturday, July 4
Happy Independence Day! Boston Pops at 8:30 pm and Fireworks at 10:30 pm on the Esplanade! More information.
