North Ender Gets Credit on Disney Show

Chris Russo received first credit as 2nd Assistant Director this week on Mighty Med, the Disney XD TV show on Mondays at 8:30 p.m. The shows is now running its second season.

Chris was raised in the North End and spent a lot of time at the Nazzaro Center, says his proud mother, Therese Russo Diecidue. 

He attended St. John’s School and graduated from Boston Arts Academy in 2003. Leaving the Boston area in 2003, he attended college and studied film at Cal State Long Beach. In 2013 he was accepted into the Director’s Guild of America and started working as a 2nd AD on the second season of this show this past summer.
