John Meany will discuss enforcement capabilities and strategies concerning dog waste disposal and leash laws in the North End.
Expanded Bottle Bill Referendum

The pros and cons of the Expanded Bottle Bill Referendum, on November’s Election ballot, will be discussed. A member of the YES on 2 Committee will speak in favor and a member of Comprehensive Members will then get an opportunity to ask questions and voice their own opinions.
