Obituary: Cheryl Ann Nason of the North End

Cheryl Ann “Queen” Elizabeth Nason, of the North End passed comfortably at home surrounded by family. Cheryl’s “New Journey” reunites her with her loving mother, Althea Virginia Nason, Father, Dominic “Foxx” Covino, brother Damiano “Dom” Nason and special friends, Baron and Chloe. Cheryl’s passing sadly separates a cherished sister from, Althea Nason of the North End, and brothers, Mario and Julio Nason of Wakefield. Aunt to Vanessa and Alexandra Nason and “Special Auntie” to Gianna Marie Polichetti. Cheryl also leaves behind an “extended family” of friends.

Funeral from the Boston Harborside Home, 580 Commercial St., Boston on Saturday at 8:45am followed by a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated in St. Leonard Church, corner of Hanover and Prince St. at 9:45am.

The family will receive visitors on Friday from 4-8pm. Cheryl was a dedicated employee for 19 years with the North End Community Health Center and donations in her memory may be made to them at 332 Hanover St., Boston, MA 02113.
