Representatives from Harbor Towers (65 and 85 East India Row) presented at this week’s Downtown Waterfront Municipal Harbor Planning Advisory Committee meeting held at the Boston Harbor Hotel on September 25, 2013.
Speaking on behalf of the 624-unit condominium property:
- Yanni Tsipis, Senior Vice President, Colliers International and Consultant to the Harbor Towers I and II Board of Trustees
- Lee Kozol, Chair, Garage Committee, Harbor Towers I and II Condominium Trusts

A historical review was provided of how the two 40-story Harbor Towers came into being as part of the 1970’s urban renewal on the waterfront. Features of the property were reviewed along with recent reparations from Hurricane Sandy and preparations for sea level rise.
Future plans were discussed highlighted by new greenery on Atlantic Avenue facing the Greenway. Other areas for improvement include reconfiguring the the guard booth, loading area and marina. Always up for debate are the “laptops” public art along the Harborwalk.
