111⁄2 Thacher Street, Regina Pizzeria has applied to the Licensing Board for the City of Boston to add Cordials to the existing C.V. 7-Day Malt and Wine License. Licensed closing time of 2:00 AM, 7 days. The pizzeria operates to 11:30 PM Sun-Thu and 12:30 AM Fri-Sat.

181 North Washington Street, VPNE Parking Solutions is seeking Board of Appeal zoning approval to extend the use of the 7-space outdoor parking lot on the former service station property at the intersection of Endicott Street and North Washington Street. At the NEWRA meeting on April 11, 2013, residents raised public safety concerns and commented on apparent parking violations. NEWRA members agreed to table a vote to the May 9 meeting, in order to collect more information about the current parking operation, the Board of Appeal decision process and approval term, and Boston Transportation Department’s surface lot permit.
Conversation with NEWRA’s Greenway Conservancy Board Member

Robyn Reed, NEWRA’s representative on the Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy Greenway Conservancy’s Board of Directors, will discuss the Conservancy’s recent Public Meeting and North End Parks Community Workshop and take questions and comments about the Greenway from residents.
