Unarmed Robbery

Male suspect arrested for unarmed robbery (purse snatch) after foot chase.
Female victim reports she was getting into her motor vehicle on Cross St. when the suspect knocked her down and stole her purse and fled on foot. Suspect was apprehended on Atlantic Avenue after Police Officers chased him on foot. Victim being treated at MGH for facial injuries she received after being knocked to the pavement by the suspect.
